🗣Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead and manage our team of Engineers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, T&C, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

🛑Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of HVAC Engineers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Assign Engineers to jobs, and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Oversee the quality of work performed by Engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing technical guidance to Engineers when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on service progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment for the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency

🛑Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical or any relevant field.

🛑Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC system, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience with energy audits and site surveys is a plus.

🛑Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical termination, and mechanical installation.
• Strong understanding of the installation procedures as per the standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Follow safety rules and report on safety issues.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports.

🛑Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in HVAC, or energy management are desirable

🛑Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

🛑Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site, including lifting and maneuvering equipment and working in various environmental conditions.

🛑Work Environment:

• The role requires both office work and fieldwork, including site visits, inspections, and hands-on technical tasks.
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project locations.
