Academic & Professional Qualification: 

  • M.B.A./B.B.A. or another Graduation degree in a related field from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 years

Job Nature: 

  • Full time 

Salary Range: 

  • Base Salary (8K-15K BDT) + Commission. (Depending on skills and experience)

Job Location: 2nd floor, Alook Tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way.
  • Manage different software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla with active listening.
  • Able to communicate in English with Foreigners.
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Maintain client’s record and follow-up system.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints.
  • Communication with customers for installment collection.
  • Must have a smart attitude and be well-presentable.
  • Carry out account-related jobs including preparing money receipts, verification of bills, voucher posting & preparing daily & monthly statement prepare any check debit & credit vouchers.
  • Computer proficiency in: Emailing, MS- Excel, MS- Word, Bangla & English typing
  • Support to admin, training, and marketing department team.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
